FAQs

Frequently asked questions about this offer

What if I am an early stage company or founder?

When you are just getting started, we might not be the perfect fit for you. Since we wholeheartedly believe in the startup community, we support several accelerator programs incl. AI Nation (Berlin & Munich), Hessian AI (Frankfurt), HTI (KI Accelerator) or GROW in RLP.

What is your pricing?

Our pricing is based on the stage your business is in. If you have raised less than 10 million in funding, the Moinland community is sponsoring parts of the fee.

How long are you typically working with one founder?

You can end coaching anytime your want. The reality is that the average relationship is currently between 2-3 years, some are much longer.

Is coaching just for the CEO?

We always start with the CEO / founder / co-founders. Often we extend the work to the entire team, to scale the leadership along the scale of your business.

Do my investors or board learn about our coaching?

We don't share any information unless you approve, not even if your investors have recommended us as your coach. Coaching is a confidential relationship.

What are the terms of the agreement?

We believe coaching is a relationship. If you’re happy, we’ll be working together for a long time. If you’d like to move on, you can do so any time.

Who pays for the coaching, the company or me personally?

You are the most critical asset of the business. The company is paying for you to be the best leader you can be. Every professional investor understands and supports that.

What if I have no time for coaching?

Coaching is not about time — it’s about making better use of it. Coaching is a critical part of your support network of mentors, co-founders, investors, and your partner at home. One client put it perfectly: “It’s the hour that makes the rest of my week make sense.”

What is the ROI of coaching?

Most high performers leverage coaches, in sports as in business. For a Startup this leads to better decisions, higher productivity, higher employee engagement (and retention), and ultimately resilience under pressure.
