What's included?
Coaching Sessions
We meet weekly or bi-weekly, in most cases remote. Those sessions are typically 60-90 minutes but we'll adjust to your needs.
Focussed on you
Each session covers your goals and you have access to all of our notes. This can range from business, leadership or personal matters.
Staying in sync
We're in regular sync via chat, files or phone, incl. check-ins around special moments, like board meetings, critical hirings, or goal settings.
Full Picture
Optional: We're checking in with your leaders or board to get a full picture of your goals and challenges.
